Kimberly was born in West Monroe, LA but grew up in Ruston, LA. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech Language Pathology.  Kimberly has worked in numerous settings including pediatric outpatient clinic, nursing home, rehabilitation hospital, school system, and Private practice. Kimberly started her own business part-time while working in the school system. She was approached by several parents of Autistic children requesting she treat their children after school. In 2002, Kimberly opened her own private practice full time. Little Works in Progress has grown substantially since the beginning. “God truly has guided and blessed us with the opportunity to work with these children!”

Judy grew up in Shreveport and graduated from Byrd High School and LSU-Baton Rouge. She worked at Diesel Driving Academy and The Glen. Judy has worked for Little Works since the beginning in 2004.

Tammy was born in Arkansas and moved to Shreveport as an infant. She went to high school at Calvary Baptist Academy. She worked at Calvary Baptist Academy and Regions Bank. She has worked at Little Works for 1 ½ years.
   
   
ASHLEY LOVITT, LOTR

Ashley grew up in Anacoco, LA close to all her family. She graduated from University of Monroe in Occuaptional Therapy and completed fieldwork rotations in Pineville, Dallas, and Baton Rouge where she trained in a variety of developmental and rehabilitative settings. Ashley loves working with children and specifically enjoy working with feeding aversions and sensory processing disorders.

Susan grew up in Shreveport and graduated from Byrd High School. She graduated from University of Monroe in Occupational Therapy. After graduation, Susan and her husband moved to Tulsa,OK for 3 years while he finished Law School. After finishing Law School, they moved to Tyler, Tx where they lived for 3 years. Susan worked in a pediatric outpatient rehab hospital. They moved back to Shreveport to be near family in October 2007. Susan’s hobbies include taking care of her daughter, reading, and shopping.

Debbie was born and raised in Shreveport and graduated from Southwood High School. Debbie graduated from BPCC as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. She worked in mental health with children and adolescents at Brentwood and Willis Knighton. Debbie went back to school and received her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She worked at Schumpert for 6 ½ years and then joined Little Works “which was the best move I ever made”. Debbie loves to ride motorcycles, Jet Ski, fish, work in the yard, and camp in the woods on a lake.
   
   
LOIS MABERRY, PT

Lois grew up in Delaware and moved to Texas when she was 10.  She graduate from University of Texas Medical Branch in Physical Thearpy. She has worked with a variety of ages, but her true love in with children. Lois has been married for 30 years and has 3 children. “God has given me the ability to be an effective Physical Therapist and I feel blessed to be able to share these skills with others”.

She was born in Ruston, LA but grew up in Shreveport. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with her Bachelor’s degree and received her Master’s degree from LSUMC-Shreveport. Linda has worked in Texas, Kansas, and Louisiana in the public schools. She taught in the Deaf and Severe Language Disordered classroom and worked as a Speech Pathologist in the Caddo Parish School system. Linda joined Little Works after retiring from the school system.

Courtney was born in Baton Rouge, LA, had a quick jaunt to Kansas, and finally settlted in Benton, LA. She graduated from LSUHSC-Shreveport with her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.  Before joining Little Works in 2004, Courtney worked in Tyler, TX for HeathSouth Rehab. She has been at Little Works since the beginning and “couldn’t imagine working anywhere else!”

Katelyn was born in New Orleans, LA. After high school, she attended LSU-Baton Rouge where she received her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders. Katelyn began working at New Orleans Speech and Hearing Center until Hurricane Katrina moved she and her husband to Shreveport. Katelyn was hired immediately at Little Works and has loved every minute of it!  She and her husband, Dustin, are expecting their first baby in April 2008!

Cynthia grew up in Bossier City, LA and graduated from Northwestern State University with her Bachelor’s degree and LSUS Allied Health with her Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Cynthia worked in the Caddo Parish School system for 36 years. Cynthia’s entire career and passion has been spent working with special needs children and improving their language skills and functional life skills. After retiring, she joined Little Works.

Beth grew up in Saint Joseph, LA. She moved to Baton Rouge to attend LSU and stayed for seven years. Beth received her Master’s degree from LSU in Baton Rouge and began in a pediatric clinic specializing in the language development of children birth to five and autism. In August 2007, Beth and her husband moved to Shreveport and she joined Little Works.
